They do if you really get them locked into your ears and in place well. There are different silicone tips that fit into your ears to try to find the right size. For me, the right is a solid fit, left is a little loose. Long story, short -- yes, they cancel outside noise when really locked in, but I haven't quite found the perfect fit yet to do that well with my pair.answered on 2019-04-02 00:00:00
