My earbuds continue to stay connected to my device even after I put them in the charging case. Shouldn't the earbuds disconnect when put in the case?Back to product

Same problem. They stay connected, there is no way to turn them off except by manually connecting and disconnecting on the phone.answered on 2021-07-06 00:00:00
