Dear customer,Thanks for your question.Please try the following steps to reset the headphones to your iPhone 7пјљ1- Delete all "Losei D65" Bluetooth menus and deactivate the Bluetooth settings.2- Put both earbuds in the charging case, which must be kept charged.3- Long press the touch sensitive area of both headphones for 8 seconds.4- Remove both headsets from the charging case again and turn on Bluetooth and search for "Losei D65-R" to connect.Hope it helps.If any other questions, please contact us for help:1.
