    A No the sound doesn’t dip out at all in your pocket. I can get a good ways away from my phone as well and stay connected. It’s great when in working around the house.

    A For $13- no! Sounds good for movies and games on the phone but disconnects and reconnects every 2-3 minutes!

    A Depends if you live in a cave! On an island- somewhere - on the planet where your UPS have to walk through a jungle or in a canyon full of dinosaurs!

    A Most Skullcandy products are backed by a 1 year limited warranty. Products purchased prior to April 1st, 2021 are backed by 2 year limited warranty. Valid proof of purchase is required for warranty consideration.

    A It takes 1 hour for the earbuds to charge to 100% inside the case, and 1 hour for the case to charge to 100%

    A The buds get 6 hours of playtime and the case gets 16 hours giving you a total of 22 hours of playtime!

    A The Skullcandy Jib True Wireless earbuds include Bluetooth 5.0. These earbuds should work well with your Android phone!

    A Putting the buds back in your case will unpair them from your phone. They will not turn off, they will continue to charge!
  32. Q can they do surround sound?
    A Technically no. The Jib true wireless earbuds use 3D sound, where the audio file utilizes stereo in a certain way to make it more directional. Whereas surround sound is the systems with more than 2 actual speaker locations, so surround sound files wouldn't really do anything on headphones or buds.

    A It cuts out randomly for a second here and there whether it’s in my pocket or not, outdoors or indoors. Overall, it’s the best true wireless I’ve found (that includes all AirPods).

  37. Q i have charge issues, the right bud wont get a full charge...left stays at 100% do i need to let them both die an then charge at the same time?
    A When I place the earbuds in the charging case, I have to wiggle the right one a little bit until it gets a connection and the light comes on. Only then do I close the case to charge. It's aggravating, but it's the ONLY issue I have with these earbuds.

    A They should! Make sure the case is charged enough to support the buds. If that’s not working there’s probably a problem
