  17. A They have a larger profile than what I am used to and they are heavy, my ears hurt after having them in for a couple hours. As far as the buds themselves, I swapped for buds I have from another bud cause they're more comfortable in comparison.

  43. A The medium-sized Sony eartips were too large and the small didn't provide a sufficient seal for me. I did experiment by buying the Comply foam eartips for the xm3 and using them on my xm4s. They seem to work well, are the appropriate size for the earbuds, and fit in the case without disrupting the charging. At the time of writing this, they were just under $20 for three pairs, so they aren't cheap, but I'm hopjng they'll last for a long time!

For music playback, you may need to switch the Bluetooth connection to A2DP with the connected device when the headset and the transmitting Bluetooth device are connected via an HFP or HSP Bluetooth connection.When you want to prioritize the sound quality, select the “Priority on sound quality” mode.If the connection is unstable, such as when producing only intermittent sound, select the “Priority on stable connection” mode. You may switch the settings and check the sound quality mode with the “Sony | Headphones Connect” app that you can download from the Google Play Store App Store from your smartphone. The two sides of the headphones and the charging case are all pre-set with information that allows them to communicate to and from each other If you lose the charging case or one side of the headphones, you may send the remaining items to the Service Center so that a replacement for the missing part can be acquired and reset with the remaining components. If you are using the Google Assistant function on the earbud headphones, it will be setup to use either the left (L) or right (R) side (not both sides). If you wish to use only one earbud, you must use the side setup with the Google Assistant function. You cannot use only the side that is not setup with the Google Assistant function. If you want to use the other side of the headphones, change the settings of the Google Assistant function on the Sony | Headphones Connect app to use the side you want to use.If you aren't using the Google Assistant function, you can simply remove the earbud you want to use from the charging case and use it.   65. A The app gives you a sample of the 360 and it does sound neat and cool. However I at this moment it only supports certain apps that require subscriptions. And those apps do NOT include SoundCloud, Spotify, YTMusic, or even apple music from the looks of it. They're all services I honestly never heard of before. Not sure if it does 360 magic on videos like Netflix and the like, but current projection looks like a negative.The sound is still great, thoguh.
