★How to pair the wireless earbuds with your device?

1. When paring for the first time, press the control button for 3 seconds on both earbuds, and release until the LED light flashes between Red and Blue.

2. Search the bluetooth  on the phones, then connect.

  1. Q Can they be used to block out noise,?
    A that is like ear plugs My teenage son said they do block out some noise... and the sound quality from them is amazing
  2. Q Is it easy to operate?
    A Yes, very easy. It automatically connects and disconnects as you take them in and out of the case. Pairing up is a doddle (I’m using an iPhone).
  3. Q These have changed from the ones that were sold before. What happened to the ones that were cylinder shaped?
    A I'm guessing its just a new model. This one said it is water proof, where as the cylinder model (the one I have) is just water resistant. Hope this helps.
  4. Q Can the new version be used separately/individually?
    A Yes, my son said they were separate when he connected. So just right or left ear whichever you choose.
  5. Q Can these be paired to two different phones at the same time?
    A Kind of ... you can pair to multiple devices, but when you want to change devices you have to hold the right earbud button to put in pairing mode, then on that device select the earbuds from the Bluetooth menu. I have mine setup for Galaxy, iPhone, and two computers.
  6. Q Does it have a warranty?
    A Yes
  7. Q Can they be used for lap swimming?
    A Yes the earbuds themselves are water resistant but the charging dock is not
  8. Q My left earbud is significantly louder than the right. I’ve tried resetting them, repairing them, etc. Any suggestions?

    A Yes, as long as it's black.
  10. Q Can more than one set be paired with the same device at the same time?
    A Paired with yes. but with mine only one pair plays at one time although the iphone recognizes both.
  11. Q I originally boughtnon sep. 13 of this year. my buds wont connect and only flash blue/red. how do i troubleshoot this? both buds fully charged.
    A You need to turn on the Bluetooth feature on the device you will be listening to. Take the earbuds out of charger and they will say connected. Then Turn on Bluetooth feature on the device you will be using look for S2-R on the device. Choose this Bluetooth and it will say paring and or connected.
  12. Q Can they be paired to more than one phone?
    A Yes they can, pair S2-L for one device and S2-R.
  13. Q I work in a warehouse loud when making a phone call will they hear me and me them clearly ?
    A Yes, the clarity is very good when using it for a phone call.Just before it ring, you'll hear the "incoming call" message; but that's not very loud @ all.Once you answer the call, you'll be able to hear them, and they'll hear you.

    A No
  15. Q Can you buy one earbud? I just lost one of mine in the dark, and wanted to buy a replacement for that side.
    A Contact customer service listed in instruction manual they are very open to requests
  16. Q I'm getting a constant skipping and fading in and out of my songs. Plus the sound is out of sync with my videos. Whats the problem?
    A I had that problem too. Have you tried resetting the Bluetooth connection and resyncing? Factory reset on the headphones? If that doesn't work, contact the seller directly for a replacement. They're very helpful and responsive.
  17. Q Has anyone used these while swimming or in the shower? Love my new earphones but I'm a little scared to take them in the water
    A I love mine as well. I run in them and I sweat pretty well since I am a man who is bald and the perspiration lands in my ear drums. They continue to work perfectly.
  18. Q Does the signal cut out if it's connected to a computer with other bluetooth devices (keyboard/mouse)?
    A No, I never experienced signal cut!
  19. Q Has anyone used these for phone calls? Can the other person hear you fine?
    A I have used these for phone calls. The sound is perfect. The other person could hear me crystal clear
  20. Q Why are 2 batteries required?
    A No batteries are required. The carrying case is a rechargeable battery and it charges the earbuds when you put them into the case. I guess if you were going to replace the batteries, there would be a battery in each earbud, but when you purchase them all batteries are included and they are all rechargeables.
  21. Q Has anyone found a case/bag to put the buds+powerbank in?
    A Not that I know. The case is very small..slightly larger than a Bic cigarette lighter. Fits in a pocket.

    A yes

    A depends on the player you have paired it to but for most yes

    A Just connect to S2-L bluetooth and you're set!

    A Mine works fine, as soon as I remove from the charger they connect automatically, and indicate with a verbal confirmation.
  27. Q Has anyone tried using these with a motorcycle half helmet, I have some but am afraid the wind will knock them out my ear
    A Yes definately will fly away.even with a full helmet they will pop out but you might not loose them. Try using sports ear buds with wings or over the ear support. I lost an expensive pair trying to be cool.ss you can amagine I was seriously upset.
  28. Q Are they really waterproof?
    A To a certain extent, we don’t recommend going swimming with it.
  29. Q How can I order replacement silicone ear plugs?
    A I'm not sure if the company sells replacement silicone plugs, but I was considering trying some universal ones from here on Amazon.
  30. Q Only the right ear bud works. The left has no sound
    A In my experience, the left ear bud will not work just by itself, but the right earbud will. I assume the right one has something in it that the left must connect to in order to work. You can simply just use the right ear bud in your left ear if you were wanting to use just one. If you meant that you are using both at the same time and the left isn't working, try taking the right bud out of the case first, let it connect and then pull the left one out. You might also need to read the instructions on how to re-pair the two buds to each other (it's really easy). I hope this information is helpful!

    A Nope. It’s just ipx7
  36. Q What is the real world expectation of distance performance of the connection between transmitting phone and ear buds. Are you getting 33ft of range?
    A Yes.
  37. Q Do these ear buds have noise cancellation without screening out all traffic noise for safe driving?
    A I have not noticed any noise cancelation at all. Other than the normal for having something in your ear. I hear water running in the sink when washing my hands. I hear the news on my laptop which is not very loud. Noise Cancellation is simply not there. If you are on a bicycle, no matter which tips you are using, you will hear the wind.

    A I have not seen any significant latency in videos both recorded and streaming. By that I mean only a barely noticeable delay between the video and the audio. For example, for you to notice any delay you would have to be intently watching someone's mouth and trying to determine what syllable they are on. Of course, your milage may vary..

    A Providing the mp3 player is Bluetooth there wouldn't be a problem

    A Try putting them in your ear and then rotating them until the main bulb is nestled against the bottom "cup" of your ear. They should sit snugly and comfy that way. Or you could choose appropriate ear tips(S/M/L)came with the package.
  71. Q How do you reset, I’ve lost the manual
    A Hi, dear customer, first, please clear the bluetooth pairing history in your phone and turn off the phone, then long press L and R earbuds together for 15 seconds to delete all records, and Press both earbuds again for 2 seconds and release to turn them on. 2 seconds later, earbud(R) flash blue and red light alternately when earbud(L) light goes off, which means the earbuds air with each other successfully.   72. Q How secure do the earbuds stay when slotted into the charging case?
    A Earbuds are connected to charging case with metal pins ( electricity pins to charge the buds) and feels firm all together. The shape of case is designed to fit the bud properly and tidy. Rubber detail also helps to hold the bud in position.
