  1. Please try the following steps to reset the earbuds. 1. Forget the Bluetooth "T12" device on your phone.2. Take out two earphones from the charging box and press the multi-function buttons on both eardphones for 5 seconds until the orange light flashes to turn off.3. Turn on the earphones again: press the multi-function button on both earbuds. When the indicator light flashes orange and white alternately, the headphones is in pairing mode. Then go to Bluetooth and connect “T12”.
