About this item
-
A Yes, the red light flashes when the earbuds is charging
-
A Yes, the ear buds is compatible with all Bluetooth devices
-
A Transmitter comes with 3.5mm aux cable, rca pair, and toslink fiber optical cable. I have mine plugged into the larger headphone jack on my surround sound receiver. Works fine.
-
A Hi, I had a problem with the fiber optic cable hookup, so I had to use the RCA (left /right) output. If you switch cables, you may find out if one is bad. Also check to see if your TV is set to stereo output. Otherwise the unit may be defective! Good luck.
-
A That means you need to charge the headphone. (You can rephrase your question. Make it more clearer. Because when the battery is low, the headphone will tell you)
-
A The item is the best that I have bought so far. Therefore, I don’t need to call the customer service number. Thus, I don’t know.
-
A What I did was buy an optical cable splitter: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07D1KHWGB/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1So... 1) one optical cable exits the TV and inputs into the splitter 2) two optical cables output from the splitter (one to the soundbar and one to the headphone transmitter). Works perfectly.
-
A Hello, if your cable box has 3.5mm jack port, RCA (red/white) audio out port, or digital optical port, it works.
-
A They have a really short usb cord. You can plug this into a usb charge block into any outlet. I’m sure you could find a longer charging cord for it If you looked
-
A They use bluetooth and since you can pair them with a phone, I would think you could pair them with something else.
-
A Dear my friend, it works with tv with digital optical port, RCA (red/white) port and 3.5mm jack.
-
A If you mean while using the headphones, then no. The headphones and the associated Bluetooth receiver both need to be charged, prior to using.
-
A Yes and no. If your Sony has an optical out then yes. If it does not (and I don't know why it would have an optical out) you can use the RCA cables (included) from the TV or buy a splitter for the optical port out of your TV. I have used a splitter for several years and have had no problem with it. I recommend buying new optical cables as I have had a lot of problems with the ones provided with any of the mentioned devices.
-
A The quick answer is no, and I would say you would not want to run it from any sound bar. I have a Bose sound bar. My sound bar does not transmit BT and I do not think ANY sound bar does because the sound bar is the end result. I do not see where I could connect the transmitter to the sound bar. This package is a stand alone Blue Tooth transmitter and headphone receiver. These head phones will work with any BT transmitter but this is a package meaning that they are meant to work with the included transmitter. the transmitter needs to be hooked to the TV sound. This can be done with an optical cable or RCA cables (both included). The transmitter then transmits to the head phones. If your TV already has a BT transmitter then you don't need this package, just a BT head set or BT ear buds. I use the TV's digital optical out to go to a 3 splitter. I run one OC wire to a hearing enhanced speaker, the 2nd OC to my Bose Sound Bar and the third OC to the Blue Tooth transmitter. I can use one or all of these at one time. Volumes are independent of one another. Note: I could not get the included OC to plug into my OC slot so I had to buy a new one. ($8) Also, read the instructions that the SELLER puts in the package because it describes how the TV settings need to be set up. This package would not work when I had any other setting under "audio" except PCM under audio out.
-
A No, simply 2 channel stereo
-
A Dear my friend, yes, the manual said how to pair with two headsets at the same time. The link is below:https://www.amazon.com/Make-Mate-Headphones-Bluetooth-Headphone/dp/B07WTKTT2C
-
A I use the optical port to connect the audio optical out of my TV to the optical audio in on the Bluetooth broadcast unit. That way you get the digital audio.
-
A Turn off headset to conserve battery life. Best to plug it in to the USB port to re-charge when not using. Real drag when you lose power right in the middle of a program and the USB charge cable isn't really long enough to use with the headset unless you're sitting within in a foot of the TV
-
A The only time I've got any background noise is when listening from an analog auxilery input while the transmitter is charging. That being said you barely need to charge the transmitter as it goes a long time. I suggest the optical input, and the quality is much better than analog. If you are using auxiliary input just keep it charged. Other than that it's great quality clear audio
-
A No idea. We used ours once and it quit working!!! The little tiny volume buttons never did seem to do anything!! Wish I could get my money back!!
-
A It keeps connection with the TV. Does not work at all with Roku or Netflix. I can only use it watching TV. When I go to anything else I don't get any sound from the head phones.
-
A I followed up its provided directions and YouTube video to pair. Setup is simple. It works great with my TV, also pair with my cellphone for audiobooks.
-
A They work great, comfort is acceptable after watching a basketball game
-
A Yes I believe that's how my hookup works, I think I only have optical port myself, thanks
-
A The BKM100 headphones last several hours without recharging. You can plug them in and use them while they are re-charging but the charging cord is very short so it's difficult to use. It would help tremendously if they had a 10 foot charging cable.
-
A Yes mine have worked flawlessly since I connected them and I am well pleased with the quality of the sound. I recommend them to others.
-
A No it’s great as long as it’s the only one. Another words, if you have tv volume on and using headphones the sound has an echo.
-
A Dear my friend, it supports 2 headphones link to 1 transmitter. The other Bluetooth headphones need to support aptX(TM) low latency.
-
A No my friend
-
A No, while the it pairs with the transmitter, it will disconnect with your phone
-
A Maybe not? I have no connection with 2 headphones before.
-
A I like red but seller said they only have black one.
-
A I don't know, but that's sound great. My wife may not hear phone call when she is enjoying a TV show.
-
A My headphone workes great, and no problem..
-
A I saw my son help me to connect the other side with the SPDIF IN TX port of the transmitter, and he set the transmitter to TX and SPDIF mode.
-
A Hello my friend, your TV don't need to have bluetooth, the transmitter will help TV to tranmit sound signal to headset. If your TV support, 3.5mm, RCA, Optical output, they can work. So your TV works. Thanks.
-
A You need to buy 2 receivers and 2 headphones.
-
A The headphones do not have a mute button. But I discovered that if you mute the TV it will mute the headphones.
-
A Maybe Yes! I saw the CE sign on the transmitter.
-
A Hi my friend, did the headphone no longer charge or work, or the transmitter didn't charge or work? We will solve the problem for you.
-
A Hi, did you ensure your TV Audio Format is set to “PCM”? And whether you get netflix through fire TV stick or your TV supports to play Netflix withour the TV stick?

-

-
A No need batteries. Both the headset and transmitter are rechargeable.

A I often use it to watch TV and it works well.
-
A Yes, ours did. They are superb TV Headphones. My husband can listen without the TV blasting everyone else out of the room!!!!
-
A Hello, I don't know what is screw type of output, the headphone can work on TV with 3.5mm port, RCA (Red/White) audio out port and SPDIF Optical port. Here is our video on YouTube, you can watch it. Thanks.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GOsqaugI5CU
-
A Dear my friend. Yes, you can connect 2 headphones with a transmitter & receiver. After pair with one successfully, then turn off the transmitter & receiver and the prior headphones' bluetooth. Then turn on the transmitter & receiver, pair it with new headphone. After paired with the new one, please turn on the headphone of old one, pair it too. Then both headphones connect with the transmitter. But only one phone can play music by the sound bar at the same time. You can switch the sound. Thanks.
-
A Dear my friend, both headphones and receiver are rechargeable. Thanks.
-
A You must use Optical, RCA cable to connect with your TV. Then just follow the manual and you can achieve what you want. However, if you use 3.5mm AUX cable to connect your device and transmitter without RCA or Optical, then only you can hear the sound from the device and others can’t.
This fits your .
