  1. Q How can I get both earbuds to work together?
    A Please try the following steps to reset the earbuds. 1. If you paired it to your phone, forget T12 on Bluetooth then put both of the headphones back in the case (Leave it in the case for about 5s).2. Then take them out. Don't pair yet. Both headphones will have a white and orange light blinking, which means the left and the right headphones are pairing to each other.3. Once 1 headphone light turn off, the other light blinks, you can then pair it to your phone and both earbuds can work.
  2. Q Is this easy to use?
    A Yes, take out the earbuds, turn on Bluetooth function on your phone and search for “T12”. When it shows “connected”, it means it is connected successfully. After connecting it for the first time, the earbuds will automatically connect next time.

    A If your TV has bluetooth and you could selevt the device you need to connect its correct than you can use it with your TV
  4. Q Can you hear voice in both earbuds at the same time when you take calls? Do they have a built-in microphone?
    A Yes,they have built-in microphones and you can hear voice when taking calls.
  5. Q Does these work just for iphone and android? can i use them on my pc as well?
    A They are compatible with any Bluetooth enabled device. So any device with Bluetooth function like laptop and PC can work them.
  6. Q How many times does the charging case recharge the earbuds
    A The portable charging case can recharge the earbuds 4-5 times.
  7. Q How come my left earbud don't turn on?
    A There is a plastic wrapper on the charging point.Please remove the plastic cover to charge the earbud.Then long press the MFB button to turn it on. When the indicator light flashes white and orange alternatively, they are in pairing mode.
  8. Q Is there a way to increase the volume?
    A Yes, you could adjust the volume on your phone.
  9. Q How do I know when my case is fully charged?
    A When the case are charging, the orange indicator light flashes and will stay on after they are charged.

    A Yes the volume can be increased easily on your phone.
  11. Q The charging case cant fully charge the earbuds, how to fix it?
    A Please follow the following instructions to solve the problem. 1. Take out the earbuds 2. Use a paper towel to wipe the charging points of the earbuds. 3. Put it into the charging case again.

    A Yes, you can use one earbud independently or use two simultaneously.
  13. Q Are these compatible with chromebooks?
    A Yes , the Bluetooth 5.0 true wireless earbuds will work with any device with Bluetooth.

    A The earbuds are half in-ear ergonomic design, they are like airpods. They will fit in my small ears.
  16. Q What's the difference between these wireless earbuds and airpods?
    A They were quite a bit cheaper than the Airpods. So far I am loving them. They pair easy with my iPhone 12. There is no difference in sound. The only thing is these are slightly bigger than the AirPods.

    A Yes, they're similar to real airpods. They work well my iPhones, iPad. Great sound quality and battery life.

    A They are a little bigger than airpods and should not fit in an airpods case.
